This is not really a moment, since Takumi has already disappeared. But anyways, in this episode, we get a preview into the world Mai wants. When she was about to kiss Yuuichi (Tate) she realizes that something is not right. Yuuichi disappears, and Takumi appears. They talk about how reserve they have always been around each other and that in this illusion Mai has become her true self. Mai replies that she has also done that once before, in the real world, when she burst out crying from the pressure of keeping a smile for Takumi. She also apologizes to Takumi in regards to what happens and for Yuuichi. Takumi says it’s fine, since he also choose Akira.
